This project was designed in 2010 and completed in 2011. Nick developed a master plan for the entire property to help the clients achieve their goals at their new home. The house was completely remodeled and a detached garage was built. We created a bluestone and brick patio for entertaining and dining with a built in grill. We utilized water features and brick walls throughout the property to help mask the sound of traffic from a busy side street. We installed a new driveway with a belgium block details and curbing. We utilized the latest in LED lighting technology to implement a lighting design throughout the property.
